Alexa Dall is a passionate hairstylist for Racine. She has been intrigued by this industry from the moment she was introduced to creating and designing hair through color and styling. Alexa graduated Eastern Suffolk BOCES in 2008 and strived in Fran Cook Competition and State Competitions for evening Hairstyling. Her inspiration comes from everyday life and is devoted to continually beautifying men and women from the inside-out. |

“I have been given an amazing gift of healing thru the power of touch!”
After working in the corporate world for 9 years, Cathy had an amazing dream which led her to a true path and passion, massage therapy. She’s been a massage therapist for 12 years., graduating from The New York College for Wholistic education & Research.
After graduating she was given an opportunity to work with a Healer, who taught hands on healing, along with energy work, and the power of touch, along with many other bodywork modalities.
She’s worked with Racine’s for 6 years. “One of the most rewarding parts for me working at Racine’s, is that I have been given the opportunity to give back by volunteering to treat Cancer patients.”"It truly is my favorite day of the month.”

Kristina Miller
Kristina Miller has been a licensed hair dresser for 9 years. She takes every aspect of her career important including making her clients feel special and giving them each the undivided attention they deserve. Kristina has also extended her education in color, styling, cutting, as well as product knowledge. She always keeps in mind the importance of being up to date with the latest hair fashion. Cynthia , who is the cin of Racine has worked in the makeup industry for 25 years and is expert in all phases of makeup application, including master lash applications, and cool brow shaping. Her passion for makeup started when she was 5 years old, and became fascinated by the transformation that makeup could make. From the natural to the sublime, and everything in between, she will make you feel like queen for the day!Check out her bridal photos to see her trademark gleaming brides. She is lucky to be working with her sister in such a great company that allows her to travel abroad, as well as around the country to seek out the latest and the greatest in the world of beauty! |

Susan Mingoia has clients that have been with her since 1989, and she is looking forward to meeting new ones. She is highly qualified, licensed, certified, and capable of satisfying all of your nails needs. Sue specializes in LCN gels, color gels which includes Axxium and Shellac, acrylics, silks, fiberglass, manicures, and any spa pedicure treatments. Angela Demolfetto
Angela Demolfetto has been working at Racine for 10 years. With a passion for extensions she is certified with several hair extension methods. Angela loves usng hair extensions to create dramatic makeovers and she can bring your style from ordinary to extra ordinary in two hours. Angela is proud to say she trained in Italy, also with experts all around the U.S.A and Canada. She teaches hair extensions as a head educator. She also has experience doing platform work for models at NYC hairshows. Angela makes sure that the integrity of her guests own hair is a major priority and is always expanding her knowledge with products and methods and looks forward to sharing this with you! |

Jamie Manganiello
Racine’s own hair department manager,has had a passion for hair and fashion since she was a little girl. Being so sure of her career path, Jamie enrolled in a cosmetology program while still in high school. She started behind the sink at Racine at the age of 16 and now has accumulated 11 years experience at Racine and at a top salon in Florida. Racine is Jamie’s second home and although she is very comfortable with her salon “family”, she wont allow herself to get complacent in her artistic talent. In her quest to be the best in her field she has traveled to countless exclusive hair shows and elite classes. She has earned numerous certifications working side by side with leading stylists and platform artists. Fashion plays an important role in Jamie’s creative techniques which she enthusiastically shares with her clients. |

Maggie Fallar
Maggie Fallar an Islip native, has worked at Racine Salon for 4 years. Maggies unusual love of nurturing hands and feet brought her to wanting to be a nail technician. Some of her clients call her pedicures “Magicures”. Maggie is certified in LCN gel nails and she has perfected the color gel manicure products Axxium and Shellac. Maggie loves getting to know her clients, and is very fond of them. “Coming to work and being with all the girls I work with is like being with family all day”. |
